Hey Friends, I’m Dallas.

I’ve been drawing and creating things since age five. This early curiosity in art eventually culminated in my study of the Visual Arts in college. My specialties? Drawing, Printmaking and Sculpture.

Since those days in higher education, I’ve spent time as the Lead Art Director at 4H camps across the Midwest, have taught various drawing workshops, have tutored online, and have run local painting service projects with both young and old.

My newest adventure is educating my children at home. Continuing my own education includes researching my favorite topics, and most recently sharing what I’ve learned on my podcast, Bestowing The Brush and teaching on my YouTube Channel.

Now I want to help you, however old you are, to find delight and freedom in your drawing and art studies. I want to share with you a treasure that you can enjoy for the rest of your life—The Art of Seeing.

I’m here to empower you to see the world better through learning how to draw.

Art, when rightly directed, is educational ... it trains the head and the heart; it teaches us to see, and to see truly; it teaches us to think—that science can do; but it teaches us also to admire and to love.
